Shipping

Our current processing time is 7 business days and your order will then be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
In stock items will be processed and shipped within seven business days. Items listed as preorder will be shipped as soon as they are released. Items on backorder will ship as soon as it becomes available.

We reserve the right to refund the purchase price less shipping costs on any orders shipped to the address provided during checkout that are returned as undeliverable.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned with an original sales invoice and be preauthorized. Please contact us at sales@bootzies.net if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will reply with return instructions. Shipping costs are non refundable and we are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Discounted and sale items are final. If you received free shipping with your order, $5.70 will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Please note that we cannot process returns that were not purchased directly from www.bootzies.net. Please allow Bootzies® up to four weeks to refund your credit card for the order less shipping costs. At this time we cannot process exchanges. We will attempt to contact you if an order cannot be shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address. However, any orders shipped to the address provided during checkout that is returned as undeliverable will be refunded, less the cost of shipping.
