Are your products in compliance with the US Safety Standards?
Yes, this product was created with the safety of our babies in mind. All products are tested and in compliance with the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act.
Do you have an authorized eBay reseller?
Yes, we have one authorized reseller on eBay and the shop does ship internationally.
Do you ship internationally?
We are not shipping internationally at this time.
How are your items packaged?
We are glad you asked! We use minimal packaging that is made from recycled materials to help reduce waste for future generations. We are trying to make a fashionable impact to the world, not a giant footprint on the earth.

May I use these photos on my website?
All photographs on this website are for use by Bootzies® and Bootzies Inc. only. You may not use these photos on your websites without prior written permission, regardless of where you may have obtained these images.
What is your refund policy?
Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned with an original sales invoice and be preauthorized. Please contact us at
info@bootzies.net if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will reply with return instructions. Shipping costs are non refundable and we are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Discounted and sale items are final. If you received free shipping with your order, $5.70 will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Bootzies Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned items and/or their packaging. Please note that we cannot process returns that were not purchased directly from www.bootzies.net. Please allow Bootzies® up to four weeks to refund your credit card for the order less shipping costs. At this time we cannot process exchanges. Additionally, if your original order is returned due to a wrong address provided, we reserve the right to refund you the purchase price less shipping costs.

Why does the color look different from what I expected?
We describe the color as best we can however we cannot control individual computer monitor settings so the product may vary slightly in color.
